ALT. ACCESS is a free digital loyalty service offering a complete selection of rewards and benefits that members can redeem using the points they earn when they shop at ALT. By creating an account, you automatically become a member of ALT. ACCESS.
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent and can also earn points through other activities. Points can be redeemed for select rewards, including free shipping and cash vouchers.
All purchases made while logged into your account will count towards your rewards. The point total you earn is based on the total amount spent and will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, spending $48.90 will earn you 48 points.
If you return your item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
No, your points do not expire.
Points cannot be manually registered after a purchase has been made. To ensure that your purchases count for points, sign in your account before making a purchase.
Free shipping vouchers will not be reissued or refunded.
Cash reward vouchers issued through redemption of ALT. ACCESS points will not be reissued or refunded if you make a partial return. The value of the reward voucher will be distributed proportionately across each item in your purchase according to their individual value. In the event of a partial return, you will be refunded the amount you paid for each item after the voucher has been applied.
If you choose to make a full return i.e. return all items in your purchase, your cash reward voucher will be refunded to your account as points.
