  • Can I amend or cancel my order after it's been placed?
    We process orders as soon as possible to ensure that you get your items the earliest you can. Email us within 60 minutes of your order placement at info@altathletica.com with your order number and your request details for any changes regarding size, colour, style, or shipping address. However, if your item has been packed and shipped, we will not be able to amend your order. Order cancellation is not permitted.
  • Will an out-of-stock item be restocked?
    Currently, all items sold on our website are limited-edition. Once they are sold out, they will not be restocked. To stay up to date on new arrivals, follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
  • What happens when I place an order for an item that is on pre-order status?
    Occasionally pre-orders are opened for items that are not yet available in our warehouse. By pre-ordering an item, you are securing the item until we are able to ship it out to you. Shipping dates for pre-order items might vary; an estimated date for shipping will be indicated in the individual product descriptions. If you purchase an item on pre-order, please note that we will not be able to ship your whole order until the pre-ordered item becomes available. We will not be able to ship items separately and are unable to make any exceptions. if you require items outside of the pre-order prior to the expected shipping date, kindly place a separate order. All items sold during pre-sales are on pre-order status.
  • What should I do if I have received a defective or wrong item?
    If you have received a defective or wrong item, we apologise for the error. We'd like the chance to make it right. Please contact us within 1 day from the date of delivery with your order number and pictures of the defect or wrong item. We will get back to you as soon as we can with the next steps.
  • How should I care for my ALT. items?
    For all activewear, machine wash cold with like colours and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or bleach.
  • What size am I?
    Our size guide serves as a guideline for helping you find the right fit by providing measurements that have been standardised across items of the same category. Additional information on the models and their preferred sizes can also be found in the individual product descriptions. For Singapore orders, we offer free exchanges on all first orders to ensure that you get the right fit. Click here to view our return policy. In general, all of our items run true to size.
