Please note that all orders ship from Singapore and may be subject to additional customs and/or import fees. ALT. is not responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes that must be paid to customs authorities before delivery can proceed. These fees are not reimbursable to the receiver in any case, even if the items are returned, unclaimed, or refused. Should you choose to reject the delivery of your order after it has arrived at the destination country, please note that a further admin fee will be levied on you.

To track the status of your order, you can log into your account on our website to view your order details, order status, and the tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email and will also be displayed on your account's 'Orders' tab. You may use the tracking number to stay updated on the delivery status of your parcel using the websites of our respective delivery partners.
Shipping dates for pre-order items might vary; an estimated date for shipping will be indicated in the individual product descriptions.
If you purchase an item on pre-order, please note that we will not be able to ship your whole order until the pre-ordered item becomes available. We will not be able to ship items separately and are unable to make any exceptions. if you require items outside of the pre-order prior to the expected shipping date, kindly place a separate order.
Please check that the shipping address you used matches your location, and check with your neighbours to ensure that someone near you did not receive your package by mistake.
If you believe that your package is lost, please kindly contact us within 3 days of the supposed delivery date with your order number so that we can investigate the issue. Ultimately, however, ALT. is not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit.
We ask that you select a secure delivery address where someone is able to receive your package directly.
We process orders as soon as possible to ensure that you get your items the earliest you can. Email us within 60 minutes of your order placement at info@altathletica.com with your order number and your request details for any changes regarding size, colour, style, or shipping address. However, if your item has been packed and shipped, we will not be able to amend your order.
