Additionally, we are pleased to offer free exchanges on all first orders made by customers with Singaporean addresses to ensure that you get the right fit. For non-first orders, a postal fee of S$ 5.90 will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we will only accept items that are unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed, in their original conditions with all tags and original packaging still attached. If your items show signs of wear and/or damage, they will be sent back to you with all postal fees to be borne by the customer.
Only one exchange can be requested per order, and all items can only be exchanged once. You may exchange your purchase for a different item of the same or higher value only. Please note that your new items will only be shipped upon receipt of payment for all postal and/or top-up fees incurred. A payment link will be sent to you when your returned items have been accepted for exchange.
You may exchange your purchase for a different item of the same or higher value only. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be required to top-up the difference.
Please note that if you request an item for exchange, that item is not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your parcel items have been dropped off and scanned at any SingPost POPStation. We recommend dropping off your parcel as soon as possible to increase the likelihood that your requested items are still in stock. If your requested items are no longer available, we will drop you an email with further information.

For exchanges, this processing time does not include the time required for your new items to be shipped out and reach you.
