All requests for exchange or return must be registered using the form. 

Please note that we only accept exchanges and returns on items that are unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed, in their original conditions with all tags and original packaging attached and intact. Please read our exchange and return policies closely to ensure that your order meets our exchange and/or return criteria.

All products belonging to the same order must be returned in one single parcel. Additional exchange or return requests on orders that have previously been exchanged or returned will incur additional fees.
